30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your little racer to love their GlowRacer projector. If you are not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and keep your tracking number.

Conditions

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Protection and Express Shipping are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
